Vote Now For The Cutest Dog In Secaucus

SECAUCUS, NJ — Cast your vote for the cutest dog in Secaucus!

This January, Secaucus Spectator (the free monthly newsletter distributed in Harmon Cove) and Secaucus Patch are teaming up to hold the first-ever “Cutest Dog in Secaucus” contest.

More than 55 town residents submitted photos of their dogs to Don Evanson, who writes and publishes the Spectator. Anonymous judges narrowed the list down to 12 of the cutest dogs (it was supposed to be 10, but they received more submissions than they expected).

Now, anyone can vote on which dog they think is the cutest. Email your vote to [email protected] by January 17. Simply email the name and number of the dog you think is cutest. All votes will remain anonymous.

“Anyone can vote; the more the merrier,” said Evanson. “They do not have to be dog owners.”

Jan. 17 is the day the contest closes.

The contest is a fundraiser for the Secaucus Animal Shelter, which always needs donations. For every 200 votes, $50 will be given to the Secaucus Animal Shelter.

The winner of the cutest dog in Secaucus will receive $100. The winner will be announced on Patch after Jan. 17.
