Jill Biden Coming To King Of Prussia This Weekend
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — First Lady Jill Biden will campaign in King of for Kamala Harris on Sunday, a day after former First Lady Michelle Obama’s scheduled event in Norristown, a spokesperson for the Harris campaign told Patch.
The push by the first ladies comes just days before the general election, as national profile Democrats double down on their presence not just in swing states and Pennsylvania at large, but Montgomery County specifically.
It’s not yet clear where in King of Prussia the event will take place.

The first lady’s team described it as a “GOTV (Get Out The Vote) Campaign Event.” It will be held at 1 p.m.
“Dr. Jill Biden will highlight the stark contrast Pennsylvanian voters face in this election between Donald Trump and his dark, divisive vision for the future, and Vice President Kamala Harris’ hopeful, optimistic New Way Forward to lower costs and protect Pennsylvanians’ fundamental freedoms,” organizers said in announcing the event.

It will follow Michelle Obama’s Norristown event Saturday, Second Gentleman’s Doug Emhoff West Chester appearance on Friday, and Gov. Tim Walz’s campaign stop in Bucks County on Thursday.
Trump has pulled ahead of Harris in Pennsylvania polls in recent days, after weeks of them sitting in a statistical tie. According to an aggregate of polls from RealClearPolitics, he leads in PA by 0.5 points, and nationally by 0.3 points.
