Concord Woman Charged With Burglary, Accused Of Pushing An Elderly Landlady Down Stairs
CONCORD, NH — A local woman was arrested in September on multiple charges after an incident at an apartment on the Concord Heights.
Just before 10 a.m. on July 28, officers were sent to 128 Loudon Road for a report of a criminal trespass incident. A woman in her early 80s told police her previous tenants — Jazmin Donovan, 27, and Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, were issued no-trespass paperwork. Still, she accused Donovan of breaking into her apartment and pushing her down some stairs, according to an affidavit.
Police dispatch confirmed the women had been served with the trespass letters two weeks before. An officer involved in the paperwork service said the pair had been evicted but accused them of taking down the orange eviction sign on the apartment, which had a date of July 10. The officer placed the sign back onto the door and ordered them not to return, the report said.

When the officers arrived, they checked but could not find Green’s vehicle. They also found “female items” on the ground, which appeared to have been tossed over a fence.
The reporting officer went to speak with the landlady, and they eyed the apartment door, which did not have forced entry damage. Inside, the officer wrote, “several items were scattered throughout the apartment.” The landlady said the eviction notice was ripped off the door again.

“She indicated that she provided Jazmin ample opportunity to get her belongings out of the apartment,” the officer wrote, “but did not get everything out during that timeframe. (She) stated that whatever belongings left behind in the apartment now belonged to her.”
The landlady had the locks changed but did not know how anyone could get inside. She said some of the items strewn around outside — including utensils and tools, were hers, and were inside the apartment. She learned about the break-in from the condo board president, while a maintenance worker accused Donovan and Green of throwing items out of an apartment window.
When the landlady arrived, she accused Donovan and Green of being at the building. She accused Donovan of having her arms full of belongings from the apartment and telling her, “You thought I wouldn’t get my stuff?” The landlady took out her cell phone to call the police and began walking up the stairs. Donovan, the report said, demanded the woman get out of her way and then dropped her shoulder and pushed her down the stairs, the affidavit said. The victim said she fell three steps and was able to remain on her feet, the report said. She said she was not injured but believed she would have a bruise on her arm the next day.
A second officer spoke with the maintenance employee and took a statement from him. He accused the pair of “packing items” into a small white car. The reporting officer also spoke to the board president and a man who drove the landlady to the apartment building. He was asked to move his vehicle in front of Donovan’s, to keep her from fleeing, but he decided not to saying, “he was afraid Jazmin would harm him,” the affidavit said.
The officer took an inventory of all the items outside the apartment — kitchen items, furniture, an electric fireplace, tables, a mirror, and others. Based on photos provided by the landlady, the officer wrote all the items were in the apartment previously.
Warrants were issued on Sept. 5.
Green was cited at 4:18 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a criminal trespass charge as well as an unlawful activities; litter control violation. Donovan was also arrested on burglary and robbery charges, both felonies, as well as a criminal trespass charge and an unlawful activities; litter control violation.
During the past dozen years, Donovan has been arrested on numerous charges, including assault, breach of bail, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, drug possession, disorderly conduct, domestic violence, driving while intoxicated, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest or detention, theft, willful concealment, and warrants.
Green is also no stranger to police, having been arrested in the past X years on criminal trespass, driving after revocation or suspension, failure to display plates, receiving stolen property, theft, willful concealment, and warrants.
