Cape Cod Beer To Expand Outdoor Patio After Approval
HYANNIS, MA — It appears that Cape Cod Beer had hoped to expand its outdoor seating area for the summer 2024 season.
Let the Licensing Authority describe it, some “communication issues” may have thwarted that plan.
Nonetheless, Cape Cod Beer is set to expand its outdoor dining area at its 1336 Phinney’s Lane space to include up to 250 seats after getting approval for an updated license at a Wednesday meeting.

This comes after the company brought plans forward in July, but those tasked with looking over the site plans didn’t find it to be “100 percent approvable,” officials said.
After a brief wait for the brewery, the expansion was approved unanimously.
