New Brewery, Artisanal Pizzeria Opens In Collegeville
COLLEGEVILLE, PA — A new restaurant and brewery has opened up in Collegeville.
Ember and Ale, which features artisanal pizza and nine taps of their own handmade beer, hosted a grand opening last month at 99 Market Street in the Collegeville Town Center.
The restaurant offers 12 inch and 16 inch pizzas cooked in brick pizza ovens, along with a wide variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and sides.

“Ember and Ale brings together the rich flavors of Italian cuisine and smoky allure of barbecue into a one-of-a-kind fusion dining experience,” a spokesperson for the restaurant told Patch. “We strive to be different from other traditional restaurants, and bring flare and excitement to every plate.”
