COOK COUNTY, IL – A Bridgeview man awaiting trial on felony gun and drug charges is accused of selling drugs and possessing guns while on electronic monitoring. A Cook County judge ordered Hernandez to be returned to Cook County Jail.

The months-long investigation began last year after Cook County Sheriff’s Police said they received information that Hernandez was selling drugs. Investigators set up an undercover operation where they purchased drugs from Hernandez on multiple occasions, sheriff’s police said.
