Silver Diner Slated To Open In Fredericksburg In 2024

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A new Silver Diner restaurant is coming to Fredericksburg’s Central Park in 2024, the chain told Patch.

The location will take the spot that used to be occupied by Ruby Tuesday, at the entrance of Central Park on Route 3.

No official opening timeline has been announced. A Silver Diner spokesperson told Patch that the new restaurant could open in fall 2024, if there are no delays.

The new restaurant will span 5,800 square feet with a pergola covered patio and a full bar. Construction is expected to begin in spring 2024, Silver Diner told Patch.

On the Silver Diner website, co-founder Bob Giaimo said he hopes his restaurants evoke nostalgia and provide comfort for visitors.
