East Coast Wings + Grill Comes To Manassas In 2024
MANASSAS, VA — A new wing restaurant is coming to Manassas in 2024.
East Coast Wings + Grill plans to open a new facility at 9805 Liberia Avenue in January 2024, a spokesperson for the restaurant chain told Patch.
The family-dining restaurant will offer a variety of wings and a relaxed environment for diners looking to watch sports and enjoy a meal.

Franchisees Lisa and David Ware III will run the new facility. Lisa is a school counselor while David is an IT consultant who grew up in a family-run barbecue joint.
“I discovered East Coast Wings + Grill during one of my work trips in Charlotte, and was impressed with the extraordinary hospitality, experience and quality of the product – and I’m very critical when it comes to restaurants,” David Ware III said in a news release. “We look forward to bringing this family-dining concept to Manassas to fill a need for this type of concept blending the many things our community loves: premium food, watching sports and bringing families together.”

Officials for East Coast Wings + Grill noted that the new restaurant will create between 25 and 30 jobs in the area.
Mark Lyso is the chief development officer for the chain.
“We are happy to have Lisa and David join our franchise system, and grow our presence in Northern Virginia, a key market for our growth in the state,” Lyso said in a news release. “With the brand’s structured discipline and the systems commitment to unit economics, coupled with their backgrounds and passion for the restaurant business, we look forward to growing our footprint in Manassas and throughout Northern Virginia over the next few years.”
